Essence of Red

These reds came out SO red from my digital sensor I actually pushed them back a bit in Photoshop. =P This is a rose I found locally after a pretty heavy rain last summer.

The highlights are nice and sparkly in the droplets as the sun decided to come out after said storm! Which is also why the background went black (compensating for droplet highlights). I kind of like the effect though.
